It applies to the Site and to all services offered through it.

Listing information displayed on this Site may be provided through a multiple listing service (MLS) or IDX feed and is subject to the rules of the applicable MLS. That data is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying properties you may be interested in purchasing. Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate.

Communications and Consent

By submitting your phone number through a form on this Site, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message. We may still contact you about an active transaction after you opt out of marketing.

Data Security

This Site is operated by the Belmonte Real Estate Group, an independently owned and operated franchisee of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate LLC and its affiliates maintain a separate privacy policy governing information they collect through services they operate. Social Logins

If you register or sign in using a third-party account such as Google or Facebook, we may receive profile information from that provider, which can include your name, email address, and profile picture. Children Under Thirteen
